Build the agents, integrations, and internal tools that make the agency faster and the client work better. You'll work on real systems in production, not prototypes that die in a demo.

• Build and maintain AI agents and automations for client deliverables and internal ops
• Write integrations against platform APIs and connectors (ad platforms, analytics, CRM, Drive, Slack)
• Develop and maintain prompts, context pipelines, and retrieval layers
• Build evaluation harnesses so we know when a change makes output worse
• Handle the unglamorous parts: rate limiting, retries, logging, memory/state management, cost monitoring
• Deploy and monitor systems; fix them when they break
• Work directly with strategists and account leads to translate a messy process into something automatable

• 3+ years writing production software; strong Python and/or TypeScript
• Practical experience with LLM APIs and at least one agent or orchestration framework
• Comfort with API integration, auth flows, and webhooks
• A portfolio or repo showing something you actually shipped
• Self-direction — this team is small and the spec is often a conversation, not a ticket
• Marketing or analytics data experience
• Front-end skills for internal dashboards
• Experience with MCP servers or connector development
